We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced First Mate to join the crew of a stunning 46m (151ft) private motor yacht operating globally. If you’re passionate about the yachting industry and thrive in a dynamic and rewarding work environment, this could be the perfect role for you!
The vessel is currently located in Florida and will be making its way to the med in the upcoming weeks. With a dedicated crew of 9, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of the vessel while providing exceptional service to the owner.
The ideal candidate is a mature, organized, and efficient professional with a minimum of 4 years of yachting experience, ideally with a strong background in leadership roles. You must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and proactive in managing a highly skilled deck team. Your ability to train and mentor crew members will be essential in maintaining the high standards of the yacht.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant yachting experience
- Valid B1B2 & Schengen Visa
- Some OOW courses completed
- Valid STCW certification
- ENG 1 medical certificate
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
