We are seeking a highly motivated Deckhand to join the crew of a stunning 80m private motor yacht with an exciting upcoming itinerary cruising throughout the Med. If you’re passionate about the yachting industry and thrive in a dynamic and rewarding work environment, this could be the perfect role for you!
The vessel is currently located in Italy. With a dedicated crew you will play a key role in assisting with smooth operation and safety of the vessel while providing exceptional service to the owner.
The ideal candidate is a mature, organized, and efficient professional with experience on similar sized vessels. You must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and proactive. Your ability to work well as a team will be essential in maintaining the high standards of the yacht.
Requirements:
Experience on similar sized vessels
Valid Schengen Visa or a permit to work in the EU
Valid STCW certification
Valid ENG 1 medical certificate
Employment Package:
Starting date: 1 May 2026
Salary: DOE (€)
60 days of leave per year, to be taken during the winter season.
Full medical insurance
2 Economy class flights for leave each year.
